The Practice
- Outpatient-focused practice model

Compensation & Benefits
- $300,000 starting salary + productivity incentives
- Sign-on bonus up to $125,000
- Relocation assistance up to $20,000
- Student loan assistance and PSLF eligibility

Additional structure details:
- Salary guarantee for 18 months, then transitions to a productivity model
- Two-year contract
- Seeking physicians interested in long-term practice (7 10+ years preferred)
- Open to new graduates (not considering 2027 candidates)
- Willing to wait for California licensure
