POSITION SUMMARY
This role provides adult psychiatric care within an outpatient behavioral health setting that operates as part of a larger primary care center. The position functions within a multidisciplinary team and includes responsibilities related to supervising advanced practice providers. The role also offers opportunities to participate in resident education through an established training program within the health system.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Board eligible or board certified in Psychiatry.
• Residency training in Psychiatry.
• Eligibility for medical licensure in Illinois.
• Clinical background in adult psychiatric care.
• Interest in supervising advanced practice providers.
COMPETENCIES
• Proficiency in outpatient psychiatric evaluation and treatment.
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary behavioral health team.
• Skill in providing clinical oversight to advanced practice providers.
