POSITION SUMMARY

QUALIFICATIONS
• Board eligible or board certified in Family Medicine.
• Residency training in Family Medicine.
• Eligibility for medical licensure in Illinois.
• Clinical background in outpatient primary care.
• Ability to participate in call rotation and optional nursing home rounds.
