POSITION SUMMARY
The organization seeks an Obstetrics & Gynecology physician to join an established group providing comprehensive OB/GYN care within a hospital adjacent clinical setting. The role includes outpatient visits, inpatient obstetrical and gynecologic care, surgical procedures, and participation in a shared call rotation. The position offers a structured weekday schedule with one weekday off, access to minimally invasive surgical technology, and support from advanced practice providers and certified nurse midwives.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Board eligible or board certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Residency training in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Eligibility for medical licensure in Kansas.
• Ability to provide full scope OB/GYN care in clinic and inpatient settings.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
COMPETENCIES
• Skill in managing routine and complex obstetric and gynecologic conditions.
• Ability to perform gynecologic surgery, including minimally invasive and robotic procedures.
• Capacity to collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and midwives.
• Effective participation in shared call responsibilities.
• Proficiency using industry standard EMR systems.
WORK SETTING & ENVIRONMENT
Work Environment: Hospital; Inpatient; Outpatient; Clinic/Private Practice
• Traditional OB/GYN practice with clinic and inpatient responsibilities.
• Weekday schedule with one weekday off.
• Call rotation of 1:5 with weekend and holiday participation.
• Access to DaVinci robotic systems and general laparoscopy.
• Support from advanced practice providers, certified nurse midwives, and clinical staff.
• Two clinic locations, including one adjacent to the hospital.
