INTERNAL MEDICINE INTERVENTIONAL CARDIOLOGY

POSITION SUMMARY
This role provides interventional cardiovascular care within a rapidly expanding heart and vascular program. Responsibilities include performing interventional procedures with additional general cardiology duties, participating in a favorable call rotation, and working within a multidisciplinary team that delivers integrated cardiac services. The position supports a single hospital model with strong inpatient programs and contributes to a growing regional cardiovascular service line.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Board eligible or board certified in Internal Medicine and/or Interventional Cardiology.
• Residency training in Internal Medicine.
• Fellowship training in Interventional Cardiology.
• Eligibility for medical licensure in Illinois.
• Clinical background in interventional and general cardiology.
COMPETENCIES
• Proficiency in interventional cardiovascular procedures.
• Ability to collaborate with cardiology subspecialists and advanced practice providers.
• Skill in managing cardiac conditions across inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Capacity to participate in a structured call schedule.
• Commitment to multidisciplinary cardiovascular care within an integrated system.
