OB/GYN Hospitalist - Stockton, CaliforniaTHE OPPORTUNITYA 294-bed acute care facility in California's Central Valley is seeking Board Certified/Board Eligible OB/GYN Hospitalists to join their growing team. This employed position features a new two-physician, in-house model with 24/7 coverage and exceptional work-life balance.
The facility is recognized for cancer, cardiac, and women's services with a Level III NICU and new residency programs in emergency and family medicine. Collaborate with an engaged nursing group and supportive medical director in a team-oriented environment.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS- Salary Range: $302,000 - $483,000 annually
- Sign-on Bonus: $40,000 (with commitment to 6-8 shifts/month and start before May 1, 2026)

THE ROLE- Two-physician in-house model operating 24/7
- 6-8 twenty-four-hour shifts per month for full-time commitment

- Level III NICU support
- Minimal GYN - focus on obstetrics
- Supervise residents on labor and delivery
REQUIREMENTS- MD/DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible (ABOG, AOBOG)
- Recent residency graduates welcome
- Experienced physicians encouraged to apply
- California license or ability to obtain
