This facility is seeking an Optometry Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: September-November to start, potential for extension Four days per week, Monday-Thursday, 8:00AM-5:00PM
• Practice Setting: Clinic
• Types of Cases: General Optometry
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): To be determined
• Certifications Required: Board Certification
• Licensure Required: Must have Wyoming License
