Position Details
- Location: New Hampton, NY

- Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
- Compensation: Competitive weekly pay with payments issued every Friday
- Experience Required: Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience
- Malpractice Insurance: Fully covered
Requirements
- Active New York Medical License
- Active DEA Registration
- Board Certified (BC)
- Current BLS Certification
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive physical examinations and patient assessments.
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and laboratory results.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Prescribe medications, vaccinations, therapies, and other appropriate medical treatments.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, mental health professionals, and other multidisciplinary team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in compliance with agency, state, and federal regulations.
- Participate in discharge planning and coordinate continuity of care with internal and external healthcare providers.
- Promote quality patient care while adhering to established clinical protocols and standards.
