  • Inpatient-only practice
  • Average daily census of 7 patients
  • Shared rounding responsibilities
  • 30-minute response time
  • 1:3 call rotation
  • Approximately 25% callback rate
  • Average of 1 admission per call shift
  • Cerner & Athena EMR
  • Certifications: BE or BC, Fellowship, OK license, ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS
  • Estimated credentialing timeframe: 30 days
