Work Details:- Up to 40 hours/week, once per month and as needed for vacation coverage
- Patient Volume:
Outpatient: 16 patients/day
Inpatient: patients/day
1 dedicated outpatient clinical team 1 dedicated inpatient APP
- EMR: Epic
- Hospital Size: 270 beds
Procedures Required:- Pacemaker implantation
- ICD implantation (traditional and subcutaneous)
- Loop recorder implantation/explantation
- Ablations:
- AVNRT
- SVT
- Atrial Flutter

Pay on 1099:Requirements:- Updated CV (No gaps above 30 days )
- NPDB Self Query (with in 30 days of presentation)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE)
- Active Pennsylvania medical license or IMLC Letter of Qualification (LOQ) required at submission
- DEA
- ACLS
- BLS
Credentialing:- Approximately 90 days
- Temporary privileges available for providers with a clean file
- Active PA license or IMLC LOQ must be in hand to submit
