Internal Medicine - Geriatrics Physician

Position Details:

• Specialty: Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Geriatric Medicine
• Location: Seaside, OR
• Start: November 2026
• Duration: Ongoing
• Setting: Outpatient / Clinic
• Patient Population: Adults age 55+
• Patient Volume: Approximately 4 6 patients/day
• EMR: Epic

Schedule:

• Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Full-time preferred
• 3 4 days/week may be considered
• Minimum commitment: 2 weeks per month
• 8 guaranteed hours/day
• Overtime applies after 9 hours

Clinical Responsibilities:

• Primarily geriatric patient care
• Combination of clinic-based and community-based visits
• Some patients are seen at assisted living facilities, SNFs, or their personal residences
• Off-site visits require local travel/driving
• A nurse from the team will usually accompany the provider for community visits
• No inpatient coverage, admissions, or call
• No APP supervision
