Assignment Details:

  • Location: SE Missouri
  • Start date: 7/1-10/1/26
  • Schedule: Mon-Fri 8a-5p
  • Avg volume: 12 ppd
  • Patient mix: Ages 14-65
  • Required procedures: Primary care services, biometric screenings, chronic disease management, women s health (i.e., PAPs)
  • Support staff: 1 Medical Assistant and 1 Patient Service Representative/Community Engagement Coordinator
  • EMR system: Athena

Requirements:

  • Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner or Women s Health NP
  • Active MO license
  • Must be Medicaid and Medicare enrolled
