Shifts: M-T, Noon to 9p. Fridays - off
Census: Ages 2 and up
Requirements of the Primary Care-Occupational Medicine Advanced Practitioner Role:
- MN state license; active, unrestricted with dispensing
- Board certified
- Certifications- BLS
- 2 years of experience
- DOT Certification
