Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible physician assistant
Must have 6+ months of post-training experience as a PA in ENT/otolaryngology
Outpatient-only position
Work collaboratively with otolaryngologists to provide comprehensive care for patients with ear, nose, and throat conditions
Monday-Friday, 9a-5p
Ability to work 3-5 days per week
Part-time or full-time options available
Call schedule to be determined
Bilingual in Spanish preferred, not required
H-1B visa sponsorship available, if needed
Review medical histories and perform ENT-focused physical examinations and patient assessments
Diagnose conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
Manage patient care plans, order diagnostic testing, and interpret results
Prescribe medications within scope of practice
Perform and assist with ENT procedures as appropriate
Assist with surgery when appropriate within the outpatient setting and permitted scope of practice
Educate patients about diagnoses, treatment options, wellness, and disease management
Monitor patient progress and review treatment options to support quality care
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Participate in outreach and wellness education initiatives as applicable
Master's degree from an accredited PA program in New York State
Proficiency in ENT procedures required
Strong attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills

Organization Information:
Salary range: $135,000-$150,000
