Job description

  • This well-known group needs an emergency medicine physician to step into this nonclinical, Interim Leadership Role during transition
  • You will lead new facilities and stabilize them as they open and search for permanent medical directors
  • Monday through Friday workweek; onsite at least four days a week, three weeks/month
  • Earn a monthly a generous monthly stipend
  • Work with the hospital leadership, the staff physicians, the group s operation and leadership teams and manage the ED
  • Clinical shifts are available but NOT required
  • Sign-on, retention and quality bonus plus premium rates for any clinical shifts taken
  • Travel and licensure reimbursement plus paid malpractice and tail
  • Ideal candidate is an ABEM certified director with multi-hospital leadership experience
