INTERNAL MEDICINE PULMONARY DISEASE

POSITION SUMMARY
This role supports a pulmonary medicine service within a multispecialty clinical setting. Responsibilities include providing outpatient pulmonary care and contributing to inpatient services supported by intensivists and long term acute care arrangements. The position is intended to meet rising patient demand and support succession planning within a growing service area.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Board eligible or board certified in Internal Medicine and/or Pulmonary Disease.
• Residency training in Internal Medicine.
• Clinical background in Pulmonary Disease.
• Eligibility for medical licensure in Idaho.
• Interest in outpatient and inpatient pulmonary practice.
COMPETENCIES
• Skill in evaluating and managing a broad range of pulmonary conditions.
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary pulmonary and critical care team.
• Capacity to support both outpatient and inpatient pulmonary services.
• Effective communication with patients, families, and clinical partners.
• Commitment to evidence based pulmonary care.
