Locum Opportunity Electrophysiology (MD) Pennsylvania

Schedule:
  • Monday Friday
  • 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
  • No call required
Practice Setting:
  • Academic/Training
  • Outpatient Clinic/Private Practice
  • Hospital

Work Details:
  • Up to 40 hours/week, once per month and as needed for vacation coverage
  • Patient Volume:
Outpatient: 16 patients/day Inpatient: patients/day
  • Patient Age: years
  • Support Staff:
1 dedicated outpatient clinical team 1 dedicated inpatient APP
  • EMR: Epic
  • Hospital Size: 270 beds

Procedures Required:

  • Pacemaker implantation
  • ICD implantation (traditional and subcutaneous)
  • Loop recorder implantation/explantation
  • Ablations:
  1. AVNRT
  2. SVT
  3. Atrial Flutter
Required Skills:
  • Cardiology
  • Electrophysiology
Pay on 1099:
  • Hourly Rate: $400/hr
Requirements:
  • Updated CV (No gaps above 30 days )
  • NPDB Self Query (with in 30 days of presentation)
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE)
  • Active Pennsylvania medical license or IMLC Letter of Qualification (LOQ) required at submission
  • DEA
  • ACLS
  • BLS
Credentialing:
  • Approximately 90 days
  • Temporary privileges available for providers with a clean file
  • Active PA license or IMLC LOQ must be in hand to submit
