- Experience: At least 2 years as an electrophysiologist post-fellowship

What You ll Do: - Conduct outpatient clinics focused on electrophysiology treatments and diagnoses
- Perform procedures such as atrial fibrillation ablations and other electrophysiology interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation in Epic EMR system
- Participate in maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and care quality
- Follow established protocols for procedures, diagnostics, and follow-up care
What You Need:Required: - Valid medical license in Minnesota or eligible for licensure
- Epic EMR experience (current within last 12 months)
- Minimum of 2 years of EP post-fellowship experience
- Ability to work the specified schedule (2 Mon-Fri stretches per month starting in January)
Preferred: - Strong procedural skills including AFib ablations and other electrophysiology techniques
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
