B.R.I.D.G.E. Path Staffing is seeking a passionate, energetic and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full time position in Bloomfield, New Mexico.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As an LPN, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional nursing care while helping patients feel safe, comfortable and supported.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor vital signs and assess patients for changes in condition.
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established care plans.
- Assist with wound care, medication management and other clinical procedures within your scope of practice.
- Communicate changes in patient conditions to the supervising RN or physician.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
- Collaborate with nurses, physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and ongoing care.
- Promote patient safety, dignity and compassionate care.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Current New Mexico LPN license or a valid multistate license recognized in New Mexico.
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Strong clinical, communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a busy healthcare environment.
- Compassionate, dependable and patient focused attitude.
- Excellent teamwork and problem solving skills.
- Previous skilled nursing, rehabilitation or long term care experience is a plus.
