  • Dates: ASAP- Ongoing 6 months
  • Shift(s) Description: 8 hours/ 32hrs a week
  • Average Number of Surgical Cases Per Day: 3-5 Main OR, 12-15 Endo
  • Trauma Level/Designation: 3
  • Number of Operating Rooms: 9 Main OR, 5 Endo
  • Procedures Required: General Surgical Cases ADULT, General Surgical Cases PEDIATRIC, IV Regional Anesthesia, Spinal Anesthesia, Epidural, Anesthesia, Regional Anesthesia, Obstetrical Cases, Neurosurgical Cases
  • EMR; Meditech
  • Certifications: BC, MA license, BLS, ACLS
  • 2 years experience required
  • 90 day credentialing
