Concord Physicians Solutions is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for an ongoing Hospital Medicine Nocturnist locum assignment in Tennessee.

Cross-credentialing required at an affiliated facility
Dedicated NP/PA admitter support
Experience
Two years of recent Hospitalist experience preferred
New graduates may be considered depending on site needs
Physician Assistants may require mentorship/proctorship based on experience
Nurse Practitioner Requirements
Board Certified through AANP or ANCC
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Active, unrestricted Tennessee RN license
Active Tennessee NP license
Tennessee DEA with Tennessee address
Prescriptive Authority required
ACLS required
Physician Assistant Requirements
Board Certified through NCCPA
Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
Active, unrestricted Tennessee medical license
Active DEA with Tennessee address
DEA Schedules 2, 2N, 3, 3N, 4 & 5
ACLS required
Credentialing Requirements
MMR immunity documentation via vaccination records or titers
Varicella immunity documentation via vaccination records or titers
Two-step TB testing within the past 12 months
Chest X-ray required with positive TB history
QuantiFERON-TB Gold may be accepted per facility requirements
Case logs from the previous two years required
