Position, Compensation & Organization Highlights
- Hospital-employed NP/PA opportunity within an expanding Hospital Medicine program
- Flexible full-time scheduling: 4 10s, 7-on/7-off, traditional weekdays, days or nights
- Broad inpatient Internal Medicine with rounding, admissions, discharges and cross-coverage
- Manageable workload within a service averaging 13-18 patients and 2-3 admissions per physician
- No required ICU responsibilities, Rapid Response coverage or Code Blue responsibilities
- Procedures are not required, although procedural skills are welcomed
