The incoming gastroenterologist will have room to develop an individual clinical niche while becoming an integral part of a highly collaborative group with an exceptional history of physician retention.?
Position, Compensation & Organization Highlights
- Join an established group of 7 gastroenterologists: 3 interventional and 4 general GI
- Recruitment driven by expanding hospital coverage and growing office demand
- Immediate need with routine new-patient wait times generally 6-12 weeks
- Typical mix includes 2-3 hospital days, -1 office day, and -1 ASC day
- Practice generally operates from 8:00 AM-4:30 PM, with flexibility as needs arise
- Hospital coverage includes fellow support at select facilities
- Weekend call is approximately 1:6, from Friday evening through Monday morning
- Weekday call may occur approximately once every 6-8 weeks and is generally not busy
- Call is focused primarily on emergencies rather than elective weekend procedures&nbs
