The practice runs 3.5 to 4 days of endoscopy against only one or two half-days of clinic, call is 1:5 taken from home, and total earning potential exceeds $1 million on a guaranteed base plus production. The package includes $25,000 a year in student loan repayment, a $40,000 signing bonus, and a $3,000 monthly stipend for fellows still in training.

Position, Compensation & Organization Highlights
