Position, Compensation & Organization Highlights
- 90% outpatient Pediatrics
- Average 18 patients per day (seasonal peaks mid-20s)
- Common cases: wellness checks, ear infections, strep, ADHD
- Phone call only for your patients; triage handles routine calls
- 4 -day workweek with 4 hours administrative time
- Option for a 4-day workweek
- 1-2 weeks inpatient coverage per year (additional opportunity if desired)
- Full-time pediatric hospitalists on staff
- Fully supported clinic with comprehensive staff

Clinic Schedule:
- Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM ( day admin time)
On-Site & Referral Services:
- Primary care, dental (referral), and mental health counseling
- Diabetes education and nutrition services
