What You ll Do

• Perform physical assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments following hospital protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and discharge instructions
• Document care activities accurately in electronic medical records
• Delegate tasks to appropriate care team members

What You Need

• Valid Minnesota RN license
• BCLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and TNCC certifications (or willing to obtain within specified timeframes)
• Minimum one year of hospital nursing experience
• Strong decision-making and communication skills
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-focused care
