What You ll Do
- Assist in family medicine outpatient clinic activities and patient care
- Collect vital signs and medical histories accurately
- Prepare patients for examinations and procedures
- Perform data entry and maintain electronic health records (Epic)
- Support other clinical staff in daily operations
- Ensure confidentiality and sensitive handling of patient information
- Adhere to clinic protocols, safety, and quality standards
What You Need
Required: - Valid CMA certification and NH licensure
- Experience with EMR systems, preferably Epic
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and follow directions
- Flexibility to work scheduled days and accommodate time-off requests (no more than 5 days RTO)
Preferred: - Prior experience in outpatient or family medicine settings
- Data entry proficiency and familiarity with office procedures
- Knowledge of community health resources
