Position Details:
- Start Date: March 3, 2025 (or as soon as credentialed).
- Duration: Initial 3-month contract, with the potential for extension.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (40 hours per week). No call requirements.
- Patient Volume: Up to 21 patients per day.
- Patient Age Range: Newborns to geriatrics.
- Support Staff: Dedicated medical assistant, receptionist, mental health therapists, dietitians, and access to pediatricians and administrators.
- Charting System: Epic EMR.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver outpatient ambulatory care, including chronic disease management and walk-in/acute care services.
- Perform basic procedures such as injections, IUD placements, and minor wound care.
- Provide compassionate care to diverse populations, supported by onsite interpretive services.
- Hit the ground running with a one-week orientation period, transitioning into full patient care by day three.
Requirements:
- Board Certification: Family Practice (BC required).
- Licenses & Certifications: Active Washington state license, DEA, BLS, ACLS.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Family Practice Physician with recent face-to-face patient care experience.
- Vaccinations: COVID-19 and flu vaccinations are mandatory.
- Languages: Spanish or Russian proficiency is a plus but not required.
- Background Check: Must have a clean record with no malpractice issues.
