Job Details:
Coverage is a mix of call and clinic, typically 3 to 4 days of call per weekResponsibilities include rounding on inpatients (approximately 2 to 4 patients) and responding to consults in a timely manner (average of 5 to 7 consults)Patient encounters per shift: 15 to 20Must be board certified or board eligible by the American Board of Urology or the American Osteopathic Board of Surgery (Urological Surgery)Current PA license or IMLC preferredGeneral Urology experience required; adult patients required, pediatric and neonate experience preferredUreteroscopy, TRUS biopsies, and incontinence procedures requiredPreferred skills include advanced endoscopic techniques, laparoscopic surgeries, percutaneous nephrolithotomy, radical cystectomy with ileo-loop conduit, radical prostatectomy, nephrectomy, prostatectomy, pelvic node dissection, robotic surgery, partial nephrectomies with intraoperative ultrasound, adrenalectomy, renal and bladder ultrasound with biopsy, fertility work-up, penile prosthesis, extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL), renal transplant surgery, and advanced pediatric surgeryLodging arrangements made by the facilityFacility:
