Job Details:
Locum tenens urology coverage position focused on inpatient call coverage24-hour beeper call schedule, with shifts running 7:00 AM to 7:00 AMCoverage need is approximately 1 week per month, with 3-4 24-hour call shifts scheduled per week (additional shifts possible based on provider comfort and census)Average callback is 4-5 hours daily, varying depending on casesApproximately 15 patient encounters per shiftBoard certification required; active license or IMLC required; DEA requiredBLS certification requiredGeneral urology skills required, with adult patient population focusPreferred skills include percutaneous nephrolithotomy, ureteroscopy, nephrectomy, prostatectomy, robotic surgery, renal and bladder ultrasound with biopsy, TRUS biopsies, incontinence procedures, penile prosthesis, and extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL)Seeking 1-2 additional locum providers to add to existing coverage poolFacility:
