Emergency Medicine physician coverage at a freestanding emergency department (FSED)6-month duration of needOn-site position with no call responsibilitiesShift times are 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM12-bed facility with a census of fewer than 30 patients per day and fewer than 10 daily admissionsSuburban FSED patient population with typical suburban volume and patient mixNot a trauma centerSupport staff includes 2-3 RNs and a radiology technicianOne EM physician on staff per shiftAll ED procedures required including sedation, intubation, and central linesMust be ABEM certified or eligible and graduated from an EM residency programAbility to function in an FSED setting with limited orientation (2-4 hours)2 positions availableFacility:
