Pay & Benefits - Hourly Pay Rate: $2535.00

What You ll Do - Provide OB/GYN services including routine labor management, cesarean sections, vaginal deliveries, and postpartum rounding
- Support staff: Certified Nurse Midwife
- Handle emergency gynecologic consults as needed
- Collaborate with a dedicated team in a hospital-based setting with approximately 120 births per year
- Use EPIC EMR system for documentation
- Work within a rural community hospital environment, with no high-risk obstetrics or residents on-site
- Provide coverage for shifts approximately days per month, including weeklong stretches
What You Need - MD or DO with valid medical license accepted via IMLC
- Board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications
- Minimum 1 2 years of relevant clinical experience
- Ability to support routine labor management, cesarean sections, and postpartum care
- Willingness to float to other sites such as Janesville, Baraboo, Monroe Clinic, and Madison as needed
