Position Details:

  • Specialty: Family Medicine Urgent Care
  • Start: November 1, 2026
  • Duration: Ongoing
  • Schedule: 3 12-hour shifts/week
  • Hours: 7:45 AM 8:15 PM
  • Schedule: Rotating, including weekends
  • Patient Volume: 45 patients/shift
  • Setting: Outpatient Urgent Care
  • EMR: Cerner
  • Call: None
  • Admissions: None
  • Support: 4 RNs, 3 MAs, 4 APPs, 2 office staff
  • Locations: Lafayette & West Lafayette, IN
  • License: Active Indiana license or IMLC
  • Certifications: BLS, ACLS & PALS
  • Board Certification: Required/eligible per facility requirements
  • Credentialing: Approximately 90 days
  • Travel: Lodging available; nearest airport is Indianapolis (IND)
