  • Dates: 10/23, 10/26, 10/29, 11/2, 11/26, 11/30, 12/24, 1/3
  • Facility trauma level: IV
  • Patient encounters per shift: 10-15
  • Common procedures: bowel resection, emergency general surgery/trauma, perforations, I&D abscesses, wound care
  • EMR System: MediTech
  • Call Response Time Required: 30 Min Call Ratio: N/A Call Back: 20%
  • Avg Call # Per 24 Hour: Phone Consults: 10 Patients Seen: 10 Admissions: 0
  • Requirements: Board Certified, Licensed in KY or IMLC, ACLS, and BLS
  • Estimated credentialing time: 30 days
