Job description

  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Duration: 60 days
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
  • Setting: 100% Outpatient
  • Patient population: Adults aged 55+
  • Patient load: 3 to 5 patients per day
  • Requirements: Board Certification in Internal Medicine (BC/IM), current BLS certification, prior experience in PACE programs or elderly care is required
