Locums - DuBois, Pennsylvania, Trauma Surgery Openings
Clinical Role
- Level II Trauma Center
- Adult patient population
- Ongoing coverage through March 2027
- Approximately 7-10 shifts per month
- Broad Trauma Surgery coverage
Schedule & Coverage
- October 5-7: 7:00 am-7:00 pm
- October 9-11: 7:00 pm-7:00 am
- Additional ongoing shifts through March 2027
Practice Setting & Case Mix
- Hospital-based surgical setting
- Four trauma bays in the Emergency Department
- Trauma cases may include abdominal, thoracic, orthopedic, vascular, and neurosurgical injuries
- Cerner EMR
Requirements & Credentialing
- Board Certification required
- Surgical Critical Care fellowship required
- Active Pennsylvania license required; candidates needing licensure will not be considered
- ATLS required
- DEA required
- Minimum 1-2 years of post-fellowship experience
- Clean background required for expedited October privileges
- Minor malpractice settlements may be considered
