You Must Have - ABOS board certification, or true board eligibility with certification within five years, no exceptions
- Fellowship training in Adult Reconstruction or Total Joint Arthroplasty, preferred
- Valid Iowa and Illinois licenses, or an active IMLC with willingness to obtain
- Strong clinical and surgical skill set across total joints and revision work
- Current, unrestricted state and federal prescribing authority
- Active DEA and BLS certification
- Clean malpractice and license history, highly preferred
- NPDB self-query pulled within 30 days of submission
- Visa sponsorship is not available; no J-1 or H-1B
