• Credentialing: Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 15 Days Temporary Privileges Available Malpractice Insurance Provided by Vendor Facility will reimburse licensing costs

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified or Board Eligible Required Fellowship: Required (3 years)
• Certifications: ABLS, ACLS, BLS
• Licensure: Licensed in Pennsylvania or IMLC
