Work with Zendesk to assist customers with hardware replacements Utilize Zoho Inventory for logistics and shipping functions. Support operational efficiency by monitoring inventory levels, identifying discrepancies, and escalating issues as needed. Assist with general inventory-related workflows to ensure timely order processing and fulfillment.Experience 1+ year of experience in production, operations or inventory management. Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach. Experience with inventory management or ERP systems (experience with Zoho preferred). Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams. Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of supply chain or repair workflows a plus.
