Production Supervisor
The Machine Operator I is responsible for operating basic machinery in a manufacturing environment to
ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
? Operate machinery according to standard operating procedures.
? Monitor production output and quality to meet specifications.
? Operate overhead cranes for efficient material handling.
? Operate a variety of machines (Stud machine, Bridging Stacker, Stacker and Painters).
? Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment as required.
? Maintain a clean and organized work area.
? Adhere to safety protocols.
? Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
? Regular, reliable, punctual and consistent attendance. Must be able to work regular and/or
flexible hours or shifts, overtime, weekends as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
Ability to obtain valid crane certification.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Frequent communication with others to exchange information.
Frequent repetition of motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
Frequent moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another.
Frequent lifting or moving objects up to 50 pounds in all directions.
Constantly remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
Constantly thinking and processing information.
Constantly maintaining concentration and focus on tasks.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Manufacturing floor with machinery.
Exposure to airborne particles, loud noises, and extreme heat and cold.
Use of personal protection equipment is required
