- Physician Daily Coverage: 24 hours
- APC Daily Coverage: 8 hours 6 days per week

- All Subspecialty coverage except for DERN, ophthalmology, ENT, PEDs, Neurosurgery and Cardiothoracic Surgery, or Dialysis

Job Responsibilities
- Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the Emergency Department, promoting a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Clinical Oversight: Ensure high standards of clinical care are maintained and oversee the treatment of approximately 52,000 patients annually.
- Operational Management: Manage the clinical operations of the Emergency Department and resource management to ensure optimal patient flow and care.
- Quality Improvement: Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and departmental performance.
- Education and Training: Support the professional development of the medical team through ongoing education, training, and mentorship.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hospital administration, other departments, and community partners to support the hospital s mission and strategic goals.
