You don't fold when the office gets slammed, the phones won't stop ringing, and three residents walk in needing something immediately. You handle it. What You'll Actually Be Doing - Leasing apartments and driving occupancy
- Following up relentlessly with prospects
- Delivering tours that feel personal, not scripted
- Managing resident relationships from move-in to renewal
- Handling resident concerns with professionalism and urgency
- Supporting marketing and outreach efforts
- Keeping the office organized and operating at a high level
- Working closely with maintenance and management to protect the resident experience
What We're Looking For - Leasing, hospitality, retail sales, or customer service experience
- Strong communication skills and confidence with people
- Someone competitive enough to chase goals but mature enough to work as a team
- Organized, dependable, and able to multitask under pressure
- Professional presence and strong follow-through
