Physiatry/Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician

We re currently seeking a physical medicine rehabilitation physician to join our amazing team.

Details of the Opening:

• Scheduled + On Call
• Evaluate and diagnose patients with functional impairments due to injury or illness (e.g., stroke, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, musculoskeletal disorders)
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams (physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, psychologists, and social workers)
• Prescribe therapies, medications, and assistive devices
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly

Job Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
• Completion of an accredited residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
• Board certification or board eligibility in PM&R through the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
• Active MA license; will consider IMLC
• MA DEA
