Job description

  • BC/BE Internal Medicine physician
  • 100% outpatient practice
  • Join an established team of two physicians and two advanced practice providers
  • Monday-Friday schedule, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • Reduced schedule can be accommodated for commensurate adjustment to compensation
  • Manage a generally straightforward adult patient panel
  • Shared phone call coverage for one week at a time; call volume is very light
  • eClinicalWorks EMR
  • Flat guaranteed salary for the first two years, followed by transition to a productivity-based compensation model
  • Initial patient volume of approximately 12"15 patients per day, ramping to 25+
  • 401(k) match
  • Three weeks of PTO, plus holidays and 3 CME days
  • H-1B sponsorship available
  • Waldorf is a family friendly suburb of DC, 30 minutes from Alexandria, VA
