What You ll Do
- Manage evaluation and treatment of new and established patients, primarily age 18+
- Conduct cardiac risk assessments, EKGs, Holter monitor placements, and pacemaker checks
- Perform supervision of EKGs, treadmill stress tests, nuclear stress testing, TEEs, and cardioversions
- Participate in hospital and clinic duties during scheduled hours, including minimal night calls
- Collaborate with support staff such as RNs and technicians to ensure quality patient care
- Document patient encounters accurately within EMR systems
- Maintain adherence to hospital protocols and standards of care
What You Need
Required: - West Virginia Medical License (willing to license)
- Board Certification in Cardiology
- Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in cardiology
- Experience with EKGs, TEE, nuclear stress tests
- DEA license and CSR preferred
- Clean background
Preferred: - Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
