Position: Plant Manager Location: Central MO area Industry leading manufacturing company is seeking a Plant Manager to join their team! In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all plant operations - production, quality, safety, equipment and maintenance. - Bachelor's degree in Engineering - Lean Manufacturing experience - P&L, budget and financial statement experience - Plant Management experience - Six Sigma certification or related education - Experience managing multi-functional team ensuring production goals are met
