Soldering Technician Electronic Technician Responsibilities: Perform soldering of surface mount (SMT) and through-hole components on printed circuit boards. Follow IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 standards to ensure high-quality workmanship and compliance. Read and interpret assembly drawings, bills of material (BOMs), and work instructions to complete builds accurately. Use microscopes and precision tools to perform detailed soldering and inspection work. Inspect completed assemblies for workmanship defects, solder quality, and component placement. Perform rework and touch-up soldering as needed to meet quality standards. Maintain proper handling of electronic components, including ESD (electrostatic discharge) precautions. Ensure all work meets customer specifications and internal quality requirements. Maintain a clean and organized workstation and follow all safety procedures. Collaborate with quality and production teams to resolve assembly or workmanship issues. Requirements: Availability to work Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
