We have a client located in Blairsville PA seeking a machinist Duties: Operate and maintain operation of CNC lathes, mills, and/or gear grinders as well as hand and power tools as required to perform job assignments. Replace worn inserts, drills or tooling and adjust feed/speed rates. Complete work assignments and associated reports in a timely manner. Verify machine components with measuring instruments to ensure parts are made within tolerances. Operate powered industrial forklift and crane hoist to transfer and position materials as needed. Maintain a safe, clean and well organized work area. Shifts for positions are currently 1st shift, however, individual must be willing and able to work alternate shifts in the future. Overtime may also be required. Requirements; - CNC Operation experience - strong knowledge and operation background with CNC equipment. - Programming experience and training is preferred.
