- Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM-8:00 PM
- Saturday-Sunday: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM (transitioning to 12-hour weekend shifts)
- Call: None
Clinical Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat adult and pediatric patients
- Minor procedures including:
- Read EKGs and X-rays
- Patient volume: 36-48 patients per shift
- Department beds: 4
Support Staff
- Medical Assistants
- Scribes
- Radiology Technologists
- No RN/LPN support
EMR
Licenses & Certifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency): Required
- Accepted Specialties:
- Emergency Medicine
- Family Medicine
- Internal Medicine/Pediatrics (Med/Peds)
- Board: Must be ABMS or AOB certified/eligible
- Missouri Medical License: Required or IMLC accepted
- BLS (American Heart Association): Required
Additional Requirements
- Residency trained in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med/Peds
- Must be trained to treat both adult and pediatric patients
- Proof of 50 patient encounters within the last 12 months related to requested privileges
- Comfortable performing minor procedures and interpreting EKGs and X-rays
- Strong EMR proficiency required (Epic experience preferred)
- Must be willing to work 12-hour shifts
- Preference for providers able to work blocks of shifts, weekdays, weekends, and throughout the St. Louis metro area
