GENERAL DENTIST: SCHOOL-BASED CLINIC

Position Highlights:

Compensation & Benefits:
- Financial Package: $160,000-$200,000 base salary with a straight-salary model and no production, collections, or encounter-based risk.
- Additional Bonus Incentives: $12,000 annual bonus paid quarterly at $3,000 per quarter and tied to attendance and quality metrics.
- Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 sign-on bonus plus an additional $5,000 retention payment at the one-year anniversary.
- Relocation Stipend: $5,000 relocation assistance.

Qualifications:
- Degree: DDS or DMD required.
- Certifications: Not specified.
- Licensure: Mississippi dental license may be pending at time of offer.
- Skillset: General dentist comfortable treating pediatric patients across the K-12 age range, as well as adult school district staff. A public health mindset is highly valued.
- Experience: Two to three years of independent practice experience preferred; new graduates may be considered.
- Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship available, including H-1B and F-1 transfers. Foreign-trained dentists are welcome.
